Ashok Leyland sales increase 9% to 13,446 units in April 2024

Total M&HCV sales including exports increased 15% from 7,933 units in April 2023 to 9,123 units in April 2024, the company said.
New Delhi: Ashok Leyland registered a growth of 9% with sales increasing to 13,446 units in April 2024 from 12,366 units in April 2023.

Total vehicle sales (exports and domestic sales) grew by 10% to 14,271 units in April 2024 from 12,974 units in April 2023.

Domestic M&HCV sales rose 16% from 7,422 units in April 2023 to 8,611 units in April 2024. Domestic LCV sales fell by 2% from 4,944 units in April 2023 to 4,835 units in April 2024.

Total M&HCV sales including exports increased 15% from 7,933 units in April 2023 to 9,123 units in April 2024, the company said.

Ashok Leyland announced its March sales with total domestic sales at 21,317 units, recording a 7% decline compared with 22885 units in March 2023. At 14,517 units, domestic MHCV sales reported a Y-o-Y decline of 9% against 15,936 units in March 2023. Ashok Leyland sold 6,800 units of LCVs in March 2024, 2% less than the 6,949 units sold in March 2023.
